1. Returns:
No Refunds/Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased has manufacturing defect. If you receive a item manufacturing defect, please contact us at
[email protected], with details of the product and the defect, within 7 days of receiving the items. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product.
2. Cancellations:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been shipped.
2. Shipping:
Exchange do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns/ exchanges must be prepaid and insured by you. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
